MINGO JUNCTION, OH - MAY 05: The steel mill looms over closed down businesses May 5, 2009 in the village of Mingo Junction, Ohio. The town's main source of income is the Severstal Wheeling South Works Steel Plant and with it's recent layoffs and the halting of production the town is struggling to make ends meet. The future is uncertain for steel towns of the Ohio Valley and other areas as demand for steel is the lowest it has been in roughly 70 years.
