Romanian Prime Minister Victor Ponta deliver his speech in the front of The National Council of Social Democratic Party (PSD) ruling party in Craiova on July 29, 2014. Left-wing Romanian Prime Minister Victor Ponta on Tuesday said he will run for the presidency in the European Union's second poorest country. The election is set to take place in November when the second-term of incumbent president Traian Basescu, the arch rival of Ponta, comes to an end.
