People walks among flood debris in Vaideeni village, Romania, on July 30, 2014. One person died and four others are missing after floods hit a dozen departments especially in the south of Romania, announced Interior Minister Gabriel Oprea. A 72 year old man from Arges county, one of the hardest hit, was swept away by the flood, which exceeded two meters high, according to local authorities.
