RUSSIA-CHECHNYA-MOBILE PHONE
A picture taken 02 February 2005 shows a Chechen man passing by a booth, selling telephone cards of Russian mobile phone operator Megafon in central Grozny, capital of the war-torn republic of Chechnya. Mobile service has been restored for general use in Chechnya for the first time in five years, weeks before the 30 August 2005 a presidential electionrn republic.
