GERMANY-WWII-HISTORY-DRESDEN-EXTREMISM
Thousands of demonstrants protest in a countermarch against a march of neo-nazis aimed at drawing attention to the "Holocaust of bombs" dropped by the Allies 13 February 2005 in Dresden (banner reading "Geh Denken" (go and think); wordplay with "Gedenken" (commemoration). The eastern German city of Dresden paid its respects to tens of thousands of people killed in the Allied bombing 60 years ago, amid attempts by the far-right to exploit the commemorations.
