US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice delivers a speech to South Korean and US Troops at the command control center for South Korea - US Combined Forces in Tango, south of Seoul, 19 March 2005. Rice, who is on her first Asian tour since taking office in January, is scheduled to meet with with President Roh Moo-Hyun, Unification Minister Chung Dong-Young and her counterpart, Foreign Minister Ban Ki-Moon.
