CUBA-CASTRO
Cuban president Fidel Castro jokes with a fan 21 April 2005 in the Convention Palace in Havana during one of his "special interventions". During these interventions, which started last March, Castro deals with issues ranging from the announcement of the handling over of electrical appliances to the people, to others of high political interest as the denunciation of the Bay of Pigs veteran Luis Posada Carriles- request of asylum in the United States.
