Romanian Ilie Nastase is about to fall during his match against Italian Gianni Ocleppo, 28 June 1978, whom he defeated 6-3, 6-4, 9-7 in the men's singles of the Wimbledon Championships. Nastase won the Forrest Hills championships in 1972 and the Rolland Garros championships in 1973. He also won four times the Masters between 1971 and 1975 and was the world's best player in 1973.
