ETHIOPIA-ITALY-AXUM-OBELISK
An Ethiopian President Girima, surrounded by government officials wait 25 April 2005 for the arrival of the final piece of the obelisk in the nothern town of Axum. Ethiopia-s long and frustrating wait for the return of the ancient Axum obelisk came to end Monday as the third and final piece of the ancient massive monument arrived from Rome nearly 70 years after it was stolen by Italian fascist troops.
