(FILES) A file photo taken 14 August 2004 shows disgraced German referee Robert Hoyzer during a match in Hamburg opposing third division clubs St Pauli to Osnabrueck. Disgraced referee Robert Hoyzer has escaped a 50,000 euro fine because the German Football Federation (DFB) believes a life ban for match-fixing is punishment enough 27 April 2005.
