US Army Private First Class Lynndie England re-enters the courtroom 04 May, 2005, at Fort Hood, Texas, on the third day of her courtmartial in the Abu Ghraib Prison scandal. England has pleaded guilty to maltreatment of subordinates, dereliction of duties, and indecent acts. Her former boyfriend and presumed ringleader of the abuse Private Charles Graner testified in England-s sentencing trial, saying she was just following orders, negating her plead of guilty in the military court.
