(FILES) Roy Disney, former vice chairman of the board of directors of the Walt Disney Company, addresses a press conference to respond to the vote after the Walt Disney Company-s annual meeting of the shareholders at the Pennsylvania Convention Center 03 March 2004 in Philadelphia, PA. Roy Disney, head of a dissident shareholder faction at Walt Disney Co., filed suit 09 May, 2005 seeking to overturn the latest board and executive changes, alleging that investors were misled. The suit by Roy Disney and his associate Stanley Gold seeks to force another election of directors of the company "after full and fair disclosure of all material facts about the CEO selection process." The move would void the promotion of Robert Iger as chief executive to replace longstanding chief Michael Eisner in September.
