SPAIN-BASQUE-PARLIAMENT-BILBAO
The new president of the Basque regional Parliament, Izaskun Bilbao is seen in the Basque Parliament 23 May 2005, in Vitoria after the elections. Bilbao was elected after ten rounds of voting that started on 16 May 2005 after Basque Nationalist Party (PNV) decided to change their candidate Juan Maria Atutxa in order to unblock the stalemate between Atutxa and the Socialist candidate Miguel Buen during the last week.
