MALAYSIA-OIC-SUMMIT
A general view of the opening session of the 10th summit of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) in Malaysia's administrative capital Putrajaya 16 October 2003. United Nations Secretary General Kofi Annan warned in a statement to the 57-nation summit of rising hostility between Islam and the West, describing it as "ugly, dangerous and wrong".
