NETHERLANDS-WARCRIMES-YUGOSLAVIA
The Bosnian Serb Blagoje Simic enters the courtroom of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in The Hague to hear the verdict of judge Florence Mumba in the Bosanski Samac case 17 October 2003 in The Hague. He was accused with to two other Bosnian Serb, Miroslav Tadic and Simo Zaric, of leading a persecutory campaign against the non-Serb inhabitants of Bosanski Samac in northern Bosnia between 1992 and 1994. Simic has been sentenced to 17 years jail, Tadic eight years and Zaric six years. CONTINENTAL/POOL.
