Indian police have arrested the main accused in the two cinema hall bombings that killed one person and wounded 49 others 22 May, a police spokesman said. Two other accused persons, Balvinder Singh and Jagannath, were arrested in the capital last month. The two blasts took place in the cinemas during the screening of the film "Jo Bole So Nihal", or "Blessed is the one".
