(ARCHIVES) - Photo taken, 02 April 2003 of Rolf Kunisch, CEO of Beirsdorf the makers of Nivea. A consortium led by Tchibo, the Hamburg based holding company, won the race, 23 October to buy consumer products group Beiersdorf, beating rival bidder Procter and Gamble with a 4.4 billion euro bid for a 40% stake in the company.
