FIA President British Max Mosley gives a speech during a press point 29 June 2005 at FIA headquarters in Paris after a meeting with the Formula One team managers after the US Grand Prix fiasco. Max Mosley said that the FIA had decided to delay punishing the seven teams who refused to race at the United States Grand Prix until September.
