BULGARIA-VOTE
Two elderly Bulgarian women wait to fill their ballots at a polling station in the town of Banja, some 140 km east from the capital Sofia, 26 October, 2003. Bulgarians voted in municipal elections Sunday with polls predicting a win by the country's former communists on the back of dissatisfaction with the centre-right government of Prime Minister Simeon Saxe-Coburg.
