BELGIUM-WEATHER
Water covers fields and streets in Brakel following heavy rain falls that caused floods in several parts of Belgium, 04 July 2005. Flash flooding caused by storms was at its worst on the E19 motorway near Mons in southern Belgium, where a 600-metre stretch of highway was left under up to 1 metre of water.
