BULGARIA-POLITICS-STANISHEV-DOGAN
Leader of Bulgaria-s Socialist party Sergey Stanishev (R) talks with the leader of Movement for Rights and Freedoms Ahmed Dogan prior their meeting with Bulgarian President Georgi Parvanov ( not pictured ) in Sofia, 24 July 2005. Bulgaria-s Socialist party on Sunday formed a minority coalition government after winning June elections, but analysts say it faces a struggle to survive and lead Bulgaria into the European Union in 2007. Sergey Stanishev, the 39-year-old prime minister designate, unveiled a cabinet including 13 ministers from his Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) and five from the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) that represents the country-s Turkish minority.
