Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi (C) and his cabinet officials bow to committee members of the House of Councillors following the passing of bills at the Parliament in Tokyo, 05 August 2005. Japanese legislative committee sent Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi-s signature reforms on privatizing the post office to the upper house, paving the way for a make-or-break vote.
