Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi (C) answers questions during a special committee session of the House of Councillors at the Parliament in Tokyo, 05 August 2005. Japanese legislative committee sent Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi-s signature reforms on privatizing the post office to the upper house, paving the way for a make-or-break vote.
