US-SPACE SHUTTLE-LANDING
Space Shuttle Discovery lands at NASA-s Dryden Flight Research Center on Edwards Air Force Base, California, 09 August 2005. Bad weather at Kennedy Space Center in Florida forced mission managers to shift the landing from Florida to California. The crew of seven completed a 14-day mission to the International Space Station. Discovery-s mission is the first shuttle flight since Columbia broke up on re-entry in February 2003.
