(L-R) US Attorney David Kelley, US Attorney General Alberto Gonzales and IRS Commissioner Mark Everson announce that KPMG admitted criminal wrongdoing and agreed to pay $456 million in fines, restitution and penalties, during a press conference August 29, 2005 at the Department of Justice in Washington, DC. According to the Justice Department, this is the largest criminal tax case ever filed.
