The African Union mediator in the Darfur conflict, Salim Ahmed Salim (R), is welcomed by Sudan Liberation Movement (SLM) militants upon arriving at the SLA-controlled Galoul locality in Jebel Marra area in North Darfur State, 31 August 2005.
