MIDEAST-ISRAEL-PALESTINIAN-SETTLEMENT
Construction continues in the Israeli settlement of Har Homa as the Jewish state reinforces buildings, roads and its controverial separation fence in the West Bank, near the Palestinian town of Bethlehem, 03 September 2005. The Israeli army will complete its transfer of military installations in the Gaza Strip and northern West Bank by September 15, an Israeli general told state radio today, following Israel-s evacuation of its 21 settlements in the Gaza Strip and four settlements in the northern West Bank in late August.
