Defendant Paul Barril, a colonel who is charged in a wiretapping case for his role as a member of a counter-terrorism group created by late President Francois Mitterrand between 1983 and 1986, arrives with his lawyer Helene Clamagirand (R) 05 September 2005 at the Paris courthouse.
