Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko stands at a news conference after dismissing the Ukrainian government led by Yulia Tymoshenko and appointing Yury Yekhanurov, head of the eastern Dniepropetrovsk region as acting prime minister in Kiev, 08 September, 2005.
