(FILES) - This picture taken 22 April 2005 shows suspect Al-Jazeera journalist Tayssir Alluni, and his wife Fatima Hassan leaving Alcala Meco prison near Madrid after the first day in Europe-s biggest trial against suspected members of Al Qaeda. Alluni was released from the trial on health grounds. A court on September 26 2005 is due to hand down a verdict in the trial of Alluni, one of 41 people charged by Spanish judge Baltasar Garzon with links to or membership of Al-Qaeda and fear of him possibly fleeing led to his arrestation, a judicial official declared.
