FRANCE-TRANSPORT-SOCIAL-CORSICA
Seamen of the National Corsica Mediteranean Company (SNCM) protest against the privatization of that French owned-state company, 11 October 2005 in Marseille, southern France. The General Labour Confederation (CGT) which has led the strike since September 20, continues to demand a majority state share-holding after the sell-off.
