TO GO WITH AFP STORY "AFPEntertainment-television-Netherlands-BigBrother-baby" - Contestant Tanja of the Dutch "Big Brother" television reality show is pictured 18 October 2005 in Aalsmeer, after giving birth to her baby girl Joscelyn Savanna in the house studio. The Big Brother concept -- where housemates are deprived of contact with the outside world and face weekly eviction votes until the last remaining contestant wins a large cash prize -- has been exported to dozens of countries since it was founded in 1999 by John de Mol, who also launched the Talpa station this summer.
