INDONESIA-HEALTH-FLU
A man displays a chick being dyed purple, which will sell for 400 rupiah (USD 0.04) each at a poultry market in Jakarta, 20 October 2005. The coloured chicks are one of Indonesian children-s favorite pets, with a distributor claiming that 10,000 chicks are sold each day at schools in Jakarta. Meanwhile, Indonesian doctors said 20 October they suspected a father and son of having contracted bird flu in a case that prompted the country-s health minister to warn of the possibility of human-to-human transmission of the virus.
