JAPAN-ART-FRANCE-RUSSIA-PUSHKIN
Moscow-s Pushkin Museum Director Irina Antonova (C), Russian Ambassador to Japan Alexander Losyukov (R), and Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum Director Yoshitake Mamuro (L) hold a tape-cut ceremony at a preview of the exhibition "Masterworks of French Impressionism and Modernism from The State Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts, Moscow" at Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum, 21 October 2005. The exhibition, which is the first large-scale exhibition in this country to be devoted to paintings originally amassed by two business magnates Sergei Shchukin and Ivan Morozov, will be held here from 22 October to 18 December 2005.
