(FILES) -- A file photo taken 02 December 2003 shows Polish film producer Lew Rywin sitting in the dock on the first day of his trial in a Warsaw courthouse, Poland. Lew Rywin, the Polish co-producer of Steven Spielberg-s blockbuster film "Schindler-s List", went back to jail 03 November 2005 to serve a sentence for fraud in a corruption scandal that rocked post-Communist Poland, a court in Warsaw said.
