France-s opposition Socialist Party leader and mayor of Tulle, FranA§ois Hollande casts his vote in Tullle, South western France 09 November 2005, during an election by Socialists militants to adopt a new draft ahead of the upcoming Le Mans 18 November through 20 November Socialist congress. Hollande will seek reelection at the helm of the Socialist party against former Socialist Prime Minister Laurent Fabius and leaders of the new Socialist party heady by Vincent Peillon, Arnaud Montebourg and Henri Emmanuelli. France-s opposition Socialist Party intends to put forward immigrant candidates in the next legislative elections in 2007 as an anti-discrimination measure aimed at addressing the underlying problems of the current unrest, a leading MP with the party said Wednesday.
