Honduras former presidential candidate for the National Party Porfirio Lobo speaks during a press conference 07 December, 2005 in Tegucigalpa. Conservative Manuel Zelaya was handed victory in the Honduras presidential election on Wednesday -- one week after votes were cast -- when ruling party candidate Lobo conceded defeat.
