Nayla, daughter of slain anti-Syrian lawmaker and press magnate Gibran Tueini, cries over her father-s coffin in Beirut, 14 December 2005. Tens of thousands of mourners gathered in the Lebanese capital to pay a last farewell to Tueini, pointing accusing fingers at former powerbroker Syria for his murder. Tueni, who was killed 12 December in a massive car bombing in a suburb of Beirut, has been championed as the last "martyr" of Lebanon-s regained independence and a champion of freedom.
