Former Foreign minister and presidential candidate for the ruling Revolutionary Party, CCM, Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete (R) is congratulated by outgoing President Benjamin Mkapa after the announcement of his election by The National Electoral Commission (NEC), 20 December 2005 in Dar es salaam, Tanzania.
