A spokeswoman for the UN commission of inquiry probing the murder of former Lebanese premier Rafiq Hariri said 02 January 2006, that the commission has asked to interview Assad, Shara and Khaddam, after the now exiled former vice-president made explosive comments in an interview with Al-Arabiya television at the weekend in which he implicated the Syrian regime in Hariri-s murder.
