(FILES) - A picture taken 25 September 2003 in Paris, shows the book "I ask you the right to die", written by Vincent Humbert, a 22-year old former fireman who was quadriplegic, blind and dumb and who died in September 2003, two days after his mother, Marie Humbert, had put an overdose of sedatives in his intravenous drip. Boulogne-sur-Mer prosecutor Gerald Lesigne announced 02 January 2006 he required a dismissal of the case of Marie Humbert and docteur Frederic Chaussoy (head of resuscitation at the Berck-sur-Mer hospital), on the enquiry of Vincent Humbert-s death.
