FRANCE-JUSTICE-CHILDSEX-INQUIRY
Member of the parliamentary inquiry commission in the paedophile network trial in the northern French town of Outreau and former socialist justice minister Elisabeth Guigou speaks to the press at the National Assembly after the audition by the commission of people acquitted in the trial, 18 January 2006 in Paris. French lawmakers voted unanimously in December 2005 to open the parliamentary inquiry after 13 people were found to have been wrongly convicted of child sex offences in one of the country-s biggest ever judicial scandals.
