Employees of the Fresnay sur Sarthe Seb plant leave the company-s premises for a lunch break 24 January 2006. French home applicance manufacturer SEB, which owns international brands Tefal, Moulinex and Rowenta, plans to close three production sites in France and cut nearly 900 jobs, trade union sources told AFP 24 January 2006. Factories producing kettles, coffee machines, ovens and toasters are set to be affected by the restructuring, with further job cuts expected in a factory producing vacuum-cleaners, the sources said.
