BRITAIN-CRIME-JUSTICE-SION-JENKINS
Former British teacher Sion Jenkins (L) and his wife Christina arrive at London-s Old Bailey Central Criminal court, in London, 26 January 2006, Jenkins, 46, was convicted in 1998 for the murder of his 13-year-old foster daughter Billie-Jo Jenkins with a tent spike, and sentenced to life in prison. In 2004, Jenkins was freed on bail after an Appeals court ruled new scientific evidence rendered his conviction unsafe. After a jury in first retrial failed to reach a verdict last year, trial began for a third time on October 31, 2005. The jury in this trial is expected to deliberate later today. AFP PHOTO/MAX NASH
