Title contender Marcus Hickman of Hawaii rides a wave at the Monster Energy Pipeline Pro in solid surf at the Banzai Pipeline on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii, 28 January 2006. Hickman was sidelined from the event in round two. The Monster Energy Pipeline Pro is a four-star World Qualifying Series (WQS) event with a 75,000 USD prize purse.
