Israeli soldiers storm the roof of a house 01 February 2006, during the evacuation of the West Bank outpost of Amona close to the Palestinian city of Ramallah. Hundreds of Jewish hardliners were dragged kicking and screaming out of houses in the occupied West Bank as Israeli security forces stormed the unauthorised settlement. Rocks and paint were hurled at the massed ranks of the border police as they moved in to clear out hundreds of settlers who had barricaded themselves inside and on the roofs of nine houses in the settlement outpost.
