MIDEAST-ISRAEL-SETTLERS-AMONA-DEMO
Right-wing Israeli supporters march 05 February 2006 during a protest in Jerusalem against the Israeli police "brutality" during last week-s evacuation of the unauthorised settlement of Amona near the West Bank city of Ramallah. Right-wing and settler groups demanded the government open an official inquiry into the behaviour of the security forces during the evacuation, which saw nine illegally-built homes razed. The protest was organised by the Yesha settlers- council under the slogan: "Ehud Olmert is bad for Jews", referring to the acting prime minister. AFP PHOTO/MARCO LONGARI
