UGANDA-INFERNO
A resident save some belongings as others watch when fire gutted several grass thatched houses in Padibe IDP camp in Kitgum district 08 February,2006, a fsw minutes before Presidential Candidate Yoweri Museveni arrived for a public rally in the camp. Some 3,271 families houses were destroyed in the inferno.
