(FILES) -- File picture dated 16 February 2005 shows the ambulances carrying the coffins of Lebanon-s slain former prime minister Rafiq Hariri and his seven bodyguards killed driving through the crowd during a mass funeral in central Beirut. Lebanon marks 14 February 2006 the first anniversary of Hariri-s killing, along with 20 other people, in a massive Beirut car bombing with candlelit rallies and concerts.
