(FILES) -- File picture dated 16 February 2005 shows the Lebanese flag-draped coffin of slain former prime minister Rafiq Hariri being carried at his residence at the start of his funeral procession in Beirut. Lebanon marks 14 February 2006 the first anniversary of Hariri-s killing, along with 20 other people, in a massive Beirut car bombing with candlelit rallies and concerts.
